Frequently asked questions

Is our data used to train models?

No. The Hub only uses enterprise services where data is not used for training, and documents and logs stay inside your perimeter.

Do we need contracts with every AI provider?

No. The Hub can run on iAxion's connections or on your own accounts, such as Amazon Bedrock or Microsoft Azure.

Does it integrate with Microsoft 365?

Yes: sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID, access to SharePoint and OneDrive with existing permissions, and assistance in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

How is pricing calculated?

It combines the platform with actual model usage, always visible in the dashboard. We present a proposal after the assessment.

How long does implementation take?

A pilot can be up and running within a few weeks. The timeline depends on integrations and the hosting option.
